'Black is the Colour' came about through a collaboration with Lori Goldston in celebration of Lori's release 'Very Old Songs' she released with Jordan O' Jordan: lorigoldston.bandcamp.com/album/very-old-songs

This version of this folk traditional also known as 'Black is the Color of My True Love's Hair' was inspired by the works of Jean Ritchie, Nina Simone and Joan Boaz versions. All so inspiring in my view.
